- Rated 2 out of 5by FIREF0XER, 7 years agoPrior to this new Firefox 57 version I had for years happily used Thumbnail Zoom Plus.
It was fab! Customizable, and worked exactly as desired on more or less every site visited (renowned or small/niche).
This extension unfortunately doesn't seem nearly as good.
Having visited only 2 extremely popular sites so far to test it (Google Images and Ebay) I'm very disappointed to find it won't enlarge the images on the Ebay site.......which means now having to get used to the tedious (previously unnecessary) process of actually opening the sale page for an item every time I want to get a better first-impression look at it.
The failure rate for me of this extensions usability is currently 50%.
If this fails to work on as popular and ubiquitous a site as Ebay (Really?!) it inevitably makes me fear that failure is going to be all too common an experience with this extension.
And I'm consequently already having to look for something else/better.
"Progress" can really suck sometimes... - Rated 4 out of 5by Diser, 7 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13494565, 7 years agoThe enabled/disabled setting does not work - although i have changed and saved the settings...
Everytime i restart FF it's back to initial.
Which means any mouse movement over a news article will trigger countless thumbnail enlargements...
i would prefer to enable the enlargement only with CTRL keypressed ... but this does not work!
Also, i could not figure out how the hot keys are supposed to work. (Pressing keys simply are passed to the original web-site and have no effect on a enlarged thumbnail...)
it would have been a great extension with all the features but it is (still) too buggy... - Rated 3 out of 5by marismo, 7 years agoDziała tylko na niektórych witrynach. Nie działa np. na Onet.pl.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 10206391, 7 years ago--No button to enable/disable this extension, so it's just on all the time, even when it's not wanted/needed.
--Despite the supposedly many settings, I still can't figure out how to make the default zoom larger or smaller
--Changing settings seems to do nothing, despite clicking "Save" when finished??? For example: Unchecking "Move pop-up with the cursor" doesn't change the behaviour at all. The pop-up window *still moves with the cursor even after unchecking this box. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13478165, 7 years agoi love deviantart. this makes searching through the art so much easier.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Kevin Robinson, 7 years agoI've only had this added for a few minutes. • Its pretty quickly responsive, • There may be an option available, but when I hover over an image, I'd like the ZOOMED image to fill the browser window. I just haven't figured that out, yet. I hope its an available option.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Michael Chelterton, 7 years agoОтличное расширение. Давно пользуюсь. Однако, начиная с версии 0.9.8.53 после перезапуска браузера (у меня 53.0.3) все настройки сбрасываются по-умолчанию. Приходится оставаться на версии 0.9.8.52.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13457910, 7 years agoPretty good at zooming images, but when you right click on the image it doesn't have "Save Full Size Image As" like Thumbnail Zoom Plus had. So basically all it could do is zoom in on thumbnails, etc, but it can't save the zoomed image. If you try to save the image, it will only save as a thumbnail, instead of full-sized. Please fix this, because it was something that I used almost everyday with Thumbnail Zoom Plus. Also, it doesn't have a button that I could add to the top right of the browser to quickly turn it on, and off....

- Rated 3 out of 5by ChazD3, 7 years agoFirst thing I noticed is on Twitter, only the bio photo is enlarged. Old Thumbnail Zoom would equally enlarge the user's background photo. I miss that. Twitter is the only place so far, when enlargement works with a hover. General photos are also not affected. If it's a settings thing, then it's too confusing to figure out bc I looked. Big dif from Thumbnail.
