Streaming enhanced: Netflix Disney+ Prime Video by Dreamliner

by ADroid, 6 months agoI can't think of any other features I could possibly want. This add-on has everything. The only issue I can report is that the TMDB ratings are sometimes showing for wrong movies/shows on Netflix. For example: the rating for "Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves" is receiving information from the 2000 Dungeons and Dragons film. The anime "Moonrise" on Netflix is receiving information from a 1948 film of the same title.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13931351, 13 hours agoI mainly used this for Prime.
One funny side-effect I noticed, at least on Prime, is that this extensions actually shows "hidden/disabled" subtitles.
This may just be one show, but at least watching Demon Slayer, "Pillar Training Arc" series, subtitles on JP Prime had subtitles (like the actual button for turning subs on) hidden, but using this extension forcibly showed the subtitle option and allowed me to access subtitles.
I assume it only works for shows that HAS subtitles, but have had them disabled.
I did also notice however, that it sometimes skips actual "non-commercial" content, so I had to disable it at times to watch without being forcibly skipped 20 seconds ahead at times.Developer response
posted 12 hours agoI dont know if this is caused by my extension, because i have no feature changing anything about the subtitles. I will watch out for it if it happens to me. Or which feature might cause this. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13626533, 8 days ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Yasin, 22 days agoI use it for Prime Video. It has been very useful. It can skip the credits in many programs. It especially helped me skip nonsense like X-Ray.
My only problem is that some Prime series do not have a credit skipping feature. I would appreciate it if you could help me expand it. Additionally, the feature to "Move category "Continue" , isn't working. If you could fix that, that would be great. I'm also considering making a donation.Developer response
posted 20 days agoYeah if the series is to new or old it might not have the skip credits by amazon, which my extension relies on. The "Move category "Continue"is working for me and places it in the second row. I would need some more information to fix. - Rated 5 out of 5by Jax, a month agohonestly a god send if you want to get rid of those god damn netflix mobile game ads.... I don't know if its a problem or not but on Prime it still shows the Rent/Buy series and movies even when I have it ticked not to?

posted a month agoSounds like a bug to me yes. On prime it is supposed to remove any of the yellow bag marked shows if the feature is enabled (only on the homepage). If you want to fix it open a GitHub issue or go onto the discord. - Rated 5 out of 5by Kai Dedo, a month ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Parash Mitra, 2 months agoEverything is excellent with this addon but I want to suggest a feature to reduce the transparency of prime video overlay which I am doing including following filter in ublock. It would be helpful if it is added in the addon.

Also prime video show play pause button on mouse hovering. If there is any way to stop that like other platform (which does not do this ) then it would be helpful. - Rated 5 out of 5by lyam, 3 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by BlackSheep, 4 months agoGreat and really useful addon.
I just have a little issue on Disney+, when it switches to the next episode, it ends fullscreen, and I have to click twice on the icon to go back to fullscreen.
I'm on a Mac Mini. - Rated 4 out of 5by twixraider, 4 months agoGreat app, but would be even better, if it would also include AppleTV

posted 4 months agoI do not have apple devices, is it even possible for me to use it? I would also need an account to add it. If you wanna help me write on my discord or open an issue on github. - Rated 4 out of 5by stapuft, 5 months agoGreat extension would be 5 stars, if you had an auto fullscreen on video start option, like "mal-sync" has, it would be great to just click once, to play the video, and be able to sit back and not have to do anything else, unless i need to pause.

posted 5 months agoI have the feature that the video will automatically play on fulscreen, which is a double click. I think this is more useful than auto fullscreen on play. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18837228, 6 months agoFirefox on MacOS, none of the autoskip functions are working on HBO Max.
