- Rated 5 out of 5by Ary, 14 days agoFirst I say, it's a good extension to have. I honestly didn't know how to write a review about it until yesterday.
I'm gonna be honest, I was a bit bummed out when I learned we had to pay for more pop-ups, but on the bright side, we get 40 free ones. it's enough for me. But on that note, I understand the cause for having to pay for a project because NO ONE should ever work for free. I am no developer, but server related costs can be a bit tolling sometimes and paying out of pocket is kinda... annoying, for a lack of better terms.
I'm considering buying the lifetime license for $30. It's not really that bad, supporting a few people with this kind of money, honestly. (I don't get why people got so salty since it goes the same for any other developer that creates an open source project. At one point, they'll probably have to ask you to pay or they could shut down completely.)
But I just wanna make a suggestion, [since I believe $30 isn't enough to fully support you guys] and create a webpage where I could donate more money (perhaps OpenCollective or even a PayPal) to keep this app running and maybe have extra features! I would say create a pop-up where your donation webpage is gonna be on? Thanks for making my browsing easier, SuperAgent!
Edit: They do have a donation link!Developer response
posted 14 days agoHey Ary. First of all thank you so much for your kind review.
I'm no developer either, so I really have no choice but to pay someone else to work on the extension!
We used to have a donation page setup back in the day, but we never had any traction there so had to just turn on monetization. The link still works though:

I would also love to know what extra features you would like to see. We are currently working on improving our UX and coverage, but we could definitely add extra features if we saw there was a need for it.
Best regards

People leaving 1-star reviews: expecting software this good for free for life isn't realistic. When something is free usually the product is you and your data. I am happy to pay for this to support the developers who have to actively maintain not only the popup list but also the dom elements and popup delays since cookie popups are not standardized. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18361144, a month ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Anonymous, a month agoI’ve been using this extension for a while, and it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s reliable, works as it says on the tin, and has saved me a lot of time and hassle. It's a smooth experience and the developer has always been prompt in adding more and more sites.
Good software takes time, effort, and ongoing costs to keep it running, and this extension is well worth supporting. For the value it delivers, the cost is more than fair. - Rated 5 out of 5by garrydepaddy, 2 months agoexcellent app, makes browsing the web a lot more pleasant. set it & forget it!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Turtlator, 2 months agoI don't visit a ton of websites often, so I forget I even have this until I do visit one, get the pop-up for cookies, and watch it disappear before I lazily click "accept cookies". It works, it's great.

- Rated 5 out of 5by dxn, 2 months agoI really like this extension. People are such weenies for always wanting something for free. I wonder what how they would feel if their time an energy was taken for granted so flippantly. The funny thing is, there have been several times that I thought about how much I liked this and wanted to go for the paid version, but I couldn't figure out how to get a lifetime subscription. So if the dev would like to drop a hint, I'd love to pick one up!

posted 2 months agoHi Dxn, thanks for the kind review. Simply click the extension, settings and then manage subscription. Thank you for being a user! - Rated 5 out of 5by Anonymous, 2 months agoI'm glad that the developer has listened to the users feedback and increased the limit. Now the extension is at least usable, and perhaps even useful. Only time will tell.
I don't understand people being upset just because a developer wants to earn some money off his work, what's wrong with that? That being said, I still despise subscriptions in general, and $30 is way too much for what it does in my humble opinion.
PS: remember that not everyone lives in a "first world" country, so the value proposition changes depending on where you're from.Developer response
posted 2 months agoHi. Thanks for your review. We will be changing the limits to 40 sites a week. Please notice that not all websites people visit a day will show banners. Mostly only new websites.
We have dynamic pricing for iOS subscriptions and will do the same for desktop subscriptions. Feel free to email @ hello@super-agent.com and I can offer you a discount. - Rated 5 out of 5by VictorSkullzL, 2 months agoEdit2: Good extension, I appreciate the dev's communication and hard work. I saw the news about the generous 40 free clicks when I booted up a browser with the extension still installed. I didn't expect to editing my review again, but I thought some more about this extension recently and I think the pricing model is pretty fair. As long as the lifetime license price option never gets taken away from users.
Best of luck to you Super Agent team! <3Developer response
posted 2 months agoHi. 1$ seems pretty reasonable.
Edit: You are free not to want to pay, it is understandable. I just don't see how that justifies giving low reviews to every extension that is not free. Does that mean I should pay developers out of pocket? That people should work for free? - Rated 5 out of 5by sanderios, 2 months ago

I don’t understand where all the hate to this app is coming from. If you’re not paying your subscription with money, you’re paying with your data… - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13943005, 2 months ago
