End-User License Agreement for YFull Finder (Ajwla)

Effective Date: January 16, 2026
By installing or using YFull Finder ("the Extension"), you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
- Use the Extension for illegal purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or offensive genealogical data
- Attempt to disrupt the database or servers

3. User Contributions

• You retain rights to data you submit
• You grant us a license to display your contributions
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your submissions

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of genealogical data
- Continuous availability of the service
- Compatibility with future browser versions

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Extension at any time for violation of these terms.
