- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14325010, 9 months agoMy rating is for the Android version of this add-on. It's adequate, whereas it used to be really good. I would rate it higher, if it had all of the features it used to.
If the features were removed to encourage the use of the system-wide AdGuard app, particularly the paid version, I can understand. However, Android only allows the use of one VPN app at a time. Since I'm not going to go without my VPN, and my phone isn't currently rooted, that means that I can't use the Android AdGuard system-wide app, at all. That leaves me with the browser add-on being my only option.
The solution that would ideal to me, would be to allow licensed AdGuard users (such as myself) enter our license code into the browser addon, to unlock all of the same features that the system-wide app has. That would make this a definite 5 star add-on. - Rated 5 out of 5by allen2023, 9 months ago

After a few hours it uses all available RAM.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 10700314, 9 months agoIt doesn't work anymore. It hasn't blocked anything in a long time. It used to show what it blocked, but now it shows it's enabled, but it's not blocking anything. I don't know what they've done to it, but it's broken. I've had to start using a different ad blocker and that works ok - at least it blocks. But I miss this one.
Last night after posting this I went to Adguard settings and noticed everything was toggled to off. The extension itself was enabled, but no filters were turned on. So I turned them on and it started blocking again. However...Tonight I noticed that once again, AdGuard is enabled, but not blocking. So I went to its settings and everything was turned off - and I did NOT do that. I live alone. No one has been in my home. All I have done is to wake my computer up from sleep and I think I restarted it once. WHY would these settings toggle themselves off when either the computer sleeps or is restarted? I'm not going to check every single time, but this sounds hinky. I have no malware or viruses on my computer, I've cleared cookies and cache, I'm at a loss to explain it. But it's messed up. I have two other adblockers and neither one of them does this.Developer response
