Больше всего мне нравится кнопка "Блокировать рекламу на этом сайте" - можно вырезать всё, что мешает.

А вот непонятно то, что и в программе AdGuard (у меня лицензия) есть настройки фильтров, и в расширении AdGuard есть настройки фильтров - зачем настраивать дважды? И фильтрует, выходит, дважды?🤔
