- Rated 1 out of 5by MG, 4 years agoNo matter what version you use, it's no longer possible to add items to an existing list or to create a new one. For me, defeats the whole purpose of using this extension. Sad to see this happen right before holiday shopping begins.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14189030, 4 years agoits one star because there is no 'this is crap' option
A nice idea but it doesnt work. Shame, good idea but completely let down by its broken nature. - Rated 1 out of 5by TMP, 4 years agoThe new update broke the extension. I now have to click twice to dismiss a card and the "add to wishlist" function doesn't work at all. The UI is also awful compared to the old one.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Marsha, 4 years agoJust so annoying, popping up with each new search on other web sites
- Rated 1 out of 5by mezzodiva54, 4 years agoThe absolute worst -- even after I DELETED it, it is still appearing whenever I try to search on eBay. Reported it, but doubt that anything will be done about it. Mr. Bezos tramples on us all.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16319850, 4 years agoI just removed Amazon Assistant from a friend's computer. It pops up on various sties, e.g. eBay and covers part of the page. Click the X in the upper right corner and nothing appends. It follows her around and tries to redirect her to Amazon.
SPAM! it pops up on any and all sights.
To get rid of it on Firefox go to Tools> Add-Ons> click the three dots menu to the right of Amazon Assistant and remove it. - Rated 1 out of 5by 12bytes, 4 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15125056, 5 years agoHorrible. It's a nice idea, but the way it works is annoying. Would be much better if you could close it when you don't need Amazon's assistance, but it just pops up over and over and over. I've uninstalled it.
- Rated 1 out of 5by edozac, 5 years agoThis pop-up is #*& annoying. Worse still, I cannot figure out how to block it.
- Rated 1 out of 5by tipar, 5 years agoIt takes a lot to load, so much time that is faster to search in the explorer the webpage and then click on it.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14875254, 5 years agoI don't get the real purpose of this add-on. I get a lot more of what I want by simply going directly to my Amazon page, and a simple button at the top of my Amazon page will give me instant access to my orders. This app shows me stuff I've simply clicked on out of curiosity, cluttering up the feed. I want to be able to see my orders and the shipping progress. This is just useless.
It's a lot of nothing in a big way. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13932899, 5 years agoI'm running Firefox 77 with NoScript 11. I click on Amazon Assistant, a blank window pops up and that's it :-( Absolutely nothing in the window ! NoScript permissions look good so who knows. Could be a great extension but at this rate I'll never know :-(
- Rated 1 out of 5by Boris, 5 years agoAll the settings except shipping notifications are off, i do a Google search, boom, it pops up with it's "ads". Thanks, but no thanks. Uninstalled.
- Rated 1 out of 5by buggs, 5 years agoAfter the recent update (May 2020), and reinstalling FF, I added this extension after having used it before. This time, however, it completely blocked me from accessing Amazon and Amazon Smile. It was by chance that I found through Bugzilla that this is a recent problem with the latest FF update. Once it was disabled, I had no problems accessing Amazon Smile. May I suggest that a note be posted on this page acknowledging that there's a problem. I thought it was a FF problem, and maybe it is, but just trying to prevent any anger from being misdirected.
