Playback is now owned by the webpage that started it. Audio stops when that page reloads, navigates elsewhere, or closes, and another tab cannot inherit its controls.
Fixed the volume slider opening when the pointer moved above the Play or Stop buttons. Its hover area is now limited to the volume control.
