- Rated 3 out of 5by sherlock43, 5 years agoThis works in the toolbar, but it doesn't add it to the context menu, which I was hoping for. There use to be an add-on that was in the right click menu to go to top or bottom of a page, but after FF quantum, it was shown as legacy. Darn!

posted 5 years agoIf you go to Back To Top options, there are two fields you can tic. 1) Include 'Go to top' context menu item and 2) Include 'Go to bottom' context menu item - Rated 5 out of 5by nosachev, 6 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by TwoCables, 6 years agoBack when Firefox had XUL/XPCOM support, I used a menu editor to simplify the main context menu so that I could simply right-click and press 'T' or 'B' for 'Go to top' or 'Go to bottom' ("T" for "top", and "B" for "bottom"). It was the fastest way I could find for quickly going to the top or bottom of a page because my left hand is usually on the left side of Home Row and the letters 'T' and 'B' are on the left side of Home Row, hence the convenience and speed.
With Firefox Quantum and this version of Back to Top, I can't do that. I have to navigate to the items in the sub-menu of the main context menu, and then click. Having the toolbar button doesn't help either. It still faster, easier, and more convenient to just take my hand off the mouse and press End or Home. Boom. Done. Almost as nice as just right-clicking and pressing 'T' or 'B'.
Still, I give you 3 stars for the effort and for trying your best to bring my most favorite extension to Firefox Quantum.
Can you make a version though that puts "Go to bottom" and "Go to top" in the main context menu as opposed to putting them in their own menu? Can you also give them the access keys 'T' and 'B' again too? That would be fantastic because there's a relatively easy way to remove any menu item that I want, and so I still have the ability to edit the context menus as I did before.
Edit: Oh, the menu item for taking a screenshot can't be removed, and its access key is 'T'. So, I guess "Go to top" would be "G". - Rated 5 out of 5by TheWayOfYahweh, 7 years agoWorks exactly as advertised! Yet another nice one Chuck!
