by CSM, a year agoIt hasn't worked for more than a week, let's say Microsoft has done something to cancel it.
Update: with version 3.1.0 it still doesn't work.
Greetings.

posted a year agoIt seems to generally not work in Firefox anymore (just doing normal searches through the firefox search bar), at least for me. I would need to find a way to simulate the edge browser, which would create a bigger risk of being banned for abusing rewards. I'll look into it but can't promise anything. Simply switching user agent is not enough as it seems.
Keep in mind this extension is not made for microsoft rewards and using it may get you banned.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Inset_Snow, a year agoTL;DR: It still works (as of February 2024)!!! It just takes a few seconds between searches and doesn't support a mobile search engine.
For context, in November 2023, Microsoft updated their rewards program which prevented spamming searches to earn points. This has made a lot of auto-search extensions next to useless now.
However, this one appears to still work as long as the time between searches is no less than 15 seconds (15,000 milliseconds) meaning it takes about 8 minutes to complete all searches for MS Rewards' 150-point daily limit. This is admitedly is a bit unfortunate since it's not as fast anymore, however it's still wonderful to have an automated search while I work on other tasks.
The only reason I'm rating this four stars instead of five is because unlike other auto-search extensions/programs, this one does NOT have the ability to swap over to a mobile search engine, meaning it cannot complete mobile searches for Microsoft Rewards.
Other than all of this, this is a great extension to have for automated searches! I'd even say it's the perfect one to have at the moment! - Rated 5 out of 5by TheLighthouseTour, a year ago
