- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 19972272, 16 hours agoPretty please, make the 2026.5.1 version available asap, it should resolve a very annoying significant slowdown issue on some websites!

- Rated 4 out of 5by Ranindu Aryasinha, a day agoamazing extension. not 5 stars because of the autofill not working sometimes, other than that, it's amazing. Some good features are free logins across all devices, free payment plan, it doesn't blast you with upgrading. Highly recommend over other managers I've tried such as lastpass, nordpass, dashlane
- Rated 2 out of 5by Erik, 2 days agoIt used to work well, but within the last couple of days it became much slower. It now says Version 2026.5.0. It is still usable but slow enough to be really annoying.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Cn, 2 days agoSomething has happened in the last 1-2 Days, the extension is now completely freezing all of Mozilla and we are being warned to disable the extension. I hope someone at Bitwarden sees all these reviews and figures out what it is, will fix my review when it's fixed, pinky promise.

Wenn es wieder läuft gibts sofort wieder 5 Sterne - Rated 1 out of 5by pineisntpineapple, 3 days agoSlowed down significantly lately. Even Firefox is reporting that "this extension is slowing us down, want to stop it".
- Rated 1 out of 5by Spy, 3 days agoRecently started to slow down and freeze webpages. Firefox asks to stop the hogging bw process
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13396952, 3 days agoHas been great, I am not sure what happened, but within the last week it seems to be slowing down when I attempt to review code in Gerrit windows.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Asclepius, 3 days agoCan't keep dealing with this extension's issues. There's always a problem with biometrics. Now, there's an issue where, if Bitwarden is running, Firefox starts to freeze/slow down and gives you a banner advising you to stop it to make Firefox faster. Come on. It's always something.
- Rated 4 out of 5by H0wAway, 3 days agoFinally (after weeks), version 2026.5.0 fixed the bug that the failure of autofill function.
However, this bug should not have occurred. Perhaps the AI code and incomplete regression testing have affected some originally normal functions - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19967606, 4 days agoOut of nowhere this extension has began to cause unresponsiveness within the whole browser. Every time I load a new page, Firefox flags it as the culprit.
Great service that I've been happily paying for for years, but this is unacceptable and I will not hesitate to switch to a competitor if it's not resolved promptly. - Rated 5 out of 5by Andrea-FF19967159, 4 days agoFinally (after weeks 🙄), version 2026.5.0 fixed the bug that prevented the saving of autofill settings.

- Rated 1 out of 5by loutre, 7 days agoImpossible to log in on a self hosted bitwarden account from the add-on since the lastest update, which makes it basically unusable.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19959141, 8 days agoThis add-on began giving a strange error-but-not-really response with Vaultwarden sign-ins for me some weeks ago. Now it’s stopped allowing Vaultwarden sign-ins altogether. Evidently I’ll be accessing Vaultwarden via the browser page from now on. The Bitwarden add-on is dead weight. Removing.
