ChordWiki(ja.chordwiki.org) サイトのスクロール機能(画面上方の移調メニュー下)に以下の機能を追加します。

・楽曲のBPM(半自動取得)と行/小節数を指定することで楽曲の再生時間とだいたい一致する速さによるページスクロール
・スクロールに関するショートカットキーの追加(スクロール速度の+/-, スクロール一時停止など)
