by Firefox user 13477720, 4 years agoThank you so much to the developer for providing an alternative to a very bad UI decision. According to Firefox: "We made this change because the proximity of the menu items for closing tabs to the right and closing other tabs was causing some to accidentally close the wrong set of tabs, which resulted in a sub-par user experience."
I never had that happen, and honestly can't see how that could be a problem. Their "fix" for this so-called problem requires another step and surgical precision to use a frequently used and useful function.
I have to use the Chrome browser for work, and noticed they didn't seem to have a need to "fix" this problem. It's been so much nicer to use, until I found this add-on.
I agree with the other reviewer that it's actually an improvement having it at the bottom. Just shoot for the last one.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13702548, 3 years agoNow please make an add-on to remove the stupid submenu, wasting space
- Rated 3 out of 5by JohnMcClane, 3 years ago(Deutsch) Das Add-on funktioniert leider nicht, wenn man auf einen Tabreiter in einem nicht-aktiven Fenster rechtsklickt. Man muss zunächst einmal normal auf den Reiter klicken, dann über einen Rechtsklick im Kontextmenü den Punkt "Close Tabs to the Right" auswählen.
(English) Unfortunately, the add-on does not work if you right-click on a tab in a non-active window. First you have to click normally on the tab, then right-click in the context menu and select "Close Tabs to the Right". - Rated 5 out of 5by iod, 3 years ago
