Adds a moving average rating graph and delta histogram to Codeforces profiles. This aims to give better insight on rating growth and stagnation. For example if window = 7 and you want to keep the MA rating curve increasing then you should get better rating in next contest than what you got in the past 7th that you participated. So this tracks growth over a longer period than standard rating curve which just tracks the immediate contest.
