Latest version
Version 0.1.2
Released May 19, 2026 - 96.61 KBWorks with firefox 142.0 and later0.1.2 is a follow-up stability release focused on improving the reliability of global Hands-off mode in Firefox.
What’s improved:
Fixed an issue where Hands-off mode could turn itself off after a period of inactivity.
Hands-off now stays active until it is explicitly revoked by the user or stopped by a real hard-stop condition.
Background session cleanup no longer incorrectly expires an active Hands-off session.
Why this matters:
Long-running browser workflows are now more stable and predictable.
Users no longer need to re-enable Hands-off after idle periods during normal use.
This makes the Firefox add-on better suited for low-touch browser control scenarios.
Validation:
Targeted regression testing was added for the idle-timeout case.
The current release package version is 0.1.2.Source code released under MIT License
