I'll try not to gush and take up too much time, but 1) I'm a "lean & mean" user meaning I don't often do frills, too many extensions, etc. 2) The exception was "Noia Extreme" back in the day of Firefox 3 and 4. LOL. . I haven't found a theme that good since.

UNTIL THIS ONE. It is absolutely perfect and especially with my crappy vision. Everything jumps out, active tabs are clearly "standing out," - it's snappy, no lag, no drain... just wonderful. I will look at Version 2 and the carbon one but I think I'm already happy. Cheers and all the best. GET THIS ONE folks.
