It offers a variety of dark themes, but even the default one "Dark mode #1 (simple dark)" is so good that I didn't really try the others. There is thought put to the color palette, it's not just pitch black but a lighter dark much more pleasing to the eye. Furthermore, the turn-off button is conveniently/easily accessible as there are some unavoidable cases when sites will be broken or incorrectly displayed.
However, I do have some concerns about privacy: why does it need permission to all our website data? Does it have display-customizations for certain sites so it needs to check at runtime which website is loaded?
If yes, ironically, the addons.mozilla.org is not affected by the dark mode :P - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14551817, 6 years ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14521670, 6 years agoSimply the best dark theme provider - tried many others for individual sites but this one works for all sites and works great.
Edit: Some issues; it inverts gifs and other things on twitter so you're better off disabling it for twitter and using twitter's native dark theme
One or two other sites don't get along but you can turn it off for a second on those.
Would be nice to have a list of sites it's "on" for and "off" for. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14521378, 6 years ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by eobet, 6 years agoLooks great, and also has clean and nice icons.
Seems to mess up some embedded videos, though (specifically Reddit and Vimeo). - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14426905, 6 years agoAmazing! easy to use !!
and the color theme is so comfortable!!! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14497889, 6 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by alexg, 6 years agoOn most sites it doesn't make it dark without bugs and it's too annoying to go through every other option every time for every site, and even then - often some parts of sites end up not being ideal.
idk if there are simple wildcards, seems there aren't; something like: ".*.fandom.com" doesn't work - so every subdomain has to be its own whitelisted entry, which is annoying.
"Twitch Player Extensions" hides stream player behind dark screen, even if "twitch.tv" is excluded. And embedded videos on many sites also have issues - the exception link should include third party links within the site (or have an option for it or a hotkey to disable it on domain of current fullscreen video, like it's possible with other darkmode extensions). It needs like [exclude div id="video_player"]
Would be nice:
- to have a button menu with an ability to cycle through different presets.
- to have site context menu be a toggle on/off rather than only add to exceptions. - Rated 4 out of 5by Daram Ramakrishnareddy, 6 years ago
