I've noticed on several websites that text in textboxes is a shade of blue that's nearly impossible to read on the black background, and I have to highlight the text to read it. Reduces the usability of it significantly for me. Still, it's better than white pages.

If you still have time to add features to this amazing extension, it would be great if you also make system pages (like new tab page and this review page) also dark. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14102219, 7 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Godsholyangel45, 7 years agoIt would be nice to be able to edit and also be able to use wildcards in whitelist. Also, in addition to editing the whitelist, manually adding into the whitelist would be helpful, ie. manually adding (by typing the address) of extensions that are being affected by Dark Night Mode.
But overall, does what it's supposed to. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14091306, 7 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Encrypt3d, 7 years agoWorks flawlessly on most sites, has a few issues on others. Using the custom blocking tool on uBlock Origin let me get rid of some messy elements and fix the pages that didn't work. For the ones that I couldn't fix, the whitelist toggle was super helpful. Surprisingly good!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14048208, 7 years agoDoes what it should perfectly. Especially after deactivating all other plugins which helped before to reduce brightess (soundcloud dark theme plugin, turn off the lights, etc...). Now a far easier way to control all sites with a max of 2 clicks. Strong recommendation. Share to help reduce a lot of wasted enegy!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13948507, 7 years agoGreat help. Since Firefox lacks automatic night mode.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14034248, 7 years agoGreat! But I'm really looking forward to the Black List - I would like to use dark themes only on some of the pages, not all of them by default. I'd rather add a website to the "use dark theme" list than whitelist hundreds of websites.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12841728, 7 years agoI tried several other add-ons that do the same thing, if you are looking for more control I will recommend Dark Reader. But if you just want a darker screen without too much options and a good load speed, this one is the one you want to use.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14005604, 7 years agoUnlike other add-ons that attempt to perform this task, this one actually works. I have encountered very few sites that need whitelisted.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12757444, 7 years agoNo more flashes and bright lights. My eyes thank you so much!!! Keep up the good work.
If only you could find a way to do the same with the browser protected pages... but I understand this is locked down by mozilla?! - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13992887, 7 years agoDoes its job reasonably well, but currently it is extremely cpu intensive to the degree that it renders some sites completely unusable or even time out during page loading. Firefox regularly displays a warning about the night mode js and asks to disable it as it thinks it's hung.
