- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17408587, 9 months agouse to be decent now it COMPLETELY BLOCKS ALL of the sign in buttons on the screen with their Dashlane popup so you can't sign into anything anymore, and now there is NO WAY TO CLOSE OUT or move their Dashlane popup out of the way. At one time I had their premium account but I downgraded to their "free version" when Dashlane refused to fix multiple issues with Dashlane. Now Dashlane is essentially blocking the "free" users from using the dashlane "auto fill" while their dashlane popup now completely blocks the sign in buttons on every login page. I guess Dashlane thinks that blocking all of your login buttons will annoy you enough to trick you into paying for Dashlane premium services. Boy are the wrong, all that dashlane is doing is forcing people shut of or delete the Dashlane extensions and to instead move on to use one of the many other password managers instead of putting up with all of Dashlane's faults and BS.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18439394, 9 months agoI had no problem for years with this product. But not they want to charge for it. I can't access my account. I get error messages or messages that state I don't have an account. Can't contact a real person unless you pay first.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15012987, a year agoThe Firefox extension has been slowing down my browser & is also having troubles - IE: When I click on the Dashlane extension, it either doesn't load, or it says "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.", asking me to sign in - but SIGN IN DOESN'T WORK. Even if I delete and re-install the extension. Nothing but troubles, should've stuck with LastPass....

- Rated 1 out of 5by sparkles, a year agoRaised their prices from $50 to over $80. They also sent 2 e-mails one for the renewal and then right after that one for the increase meaning if i missed the 2nd e-mail i would get scammed into paying more money for it

- Rated 1 out of 5by Bob W, a year agoIt comes and goes as a browser add-on. I cannot depend on it to be available when I need it. Further, changing to browser add-on does not allow me to use it with downloaded apps. I tried to explain this when the change to browser app occurred, but I was ignored. I will not be renewing when my subscription comes due unless changes are made to improve.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18271171, a year agoDashlane updated a few days and it is no longer usable. It no longer works at all. I have tried to read about a fix but it appears in the effort to make it "more secure" they have rendered this worthless. I have been a paid Dashlane user since it was first introduced. Unless this is fixed quickly, I will cancel my subscription. When you click on your user name, instead of the Dashlane impala, it just shows a spinning circle. This is true of virtually every single website for the hundreds of passwords I have saved. Fix this please!!!!!!
