Should be an option to download High Quality for free.

I get that the video and audio streams are separate, but i can merge them myself. Or sometimes you only want one and not the other (eg audio only or video only).

This add-on is among my most used and valued. I used the free version for years, but I decided that I did so many downloads with it, the pro version would be worth a try. It was. I use the application every week, sometimes almost daily; it always works (until YouTube messes up its coding, and then the developer finds a fix). I primarily use it to convert videos to audio files. I highly recommend it.

I cannot thank Dishita enough for making YouTube so easy to download important files (for me!). Ever since YouTube has made it difficult for the casual user to download anything, and of course, the occasional bugs as well as many other issues, I am grateful that Dishita has stepped up! I gladly support Dishita and will continue to do so again and again!

Keeps asking me to download Pro edition when attempting to download some things sometimes. (Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users. FREE users can download all formats in CACHE where some PRO users fetched the video/audio in past 24 hours, to test the feature you can try downloading popular videos.) That's really annoying. Other than that it's OK.

Despite Google constantly trying to shut off this service, this developer tirelessly keeps it working.

I hate to rate this addon with 1 star. I've been using it for years, with the PRO version. Everything worked fine. Since October 2024 it stopped working, Dishita told that a fix would be released but it is still broke. No download button, no way to get anything.

A must have !!
