- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13420680, 8 years agoSeems to work well, but you have to pay a minimum of 10 $ USD in order to be able to download in HD quality. IF you don't pay the highest quality you can get is 720.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Mark, 8 years agoThe add-on works great, very clean simple interface. But the upgraded version seems to be a scam. There doesn't seem to be any way for them to track who has paid and who has not. After sending money, I received no follow up email, no link to upgrade the add-on, no registration key. Just a receipt from Paypal and an add-on that does nothing more than it initially did.
Get the free version, but don't waste your money hoping for more.Developer response

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13312722, 8 years agoI knew about that option to disable ANY auto-update for my addons. I was hoping for an option in your Downloader not to check for updates. Anyway.
Meanwhile I got another new issue. Now it's displaying that red warning about the beta layout design.
Why does it still warn me random sometimes if the new design is always off? Did Google/Youtube change something again? - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13326745, 8 years agoOpened up a new tab to show some notification in the middle of a video I was watching.
- Rated 3 out of 5by SpookyMulder, 8 years agoIdk how it's made and stuff, but you might as well make an option to download a video and then let the local machine separate audio stream out of it. Paying pro feature for me (as a 400$ earner) would only be useful if I would be on a limited bandwidth where I rely on your servers to do it.
- Rated 3 out of 5by IZ, 8 years agoDoes what it says. Free DL at 720, option to upgrade for 1080p. Does what it says as long as you are ok with low res. I am and that's great for free. I am annoyed that the Donate webpage keeps popping up at random. A real turn off and the more it happens, the more I am sure that I will NOT upgrade to PRO nor donate. I can do the same thing with VLC, this is just a one click solution that saves time. Too annoying and I will just uninstall and go back to VLC.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Richard, 8 years agoGotta agree with Arman, not working for me here. I've tried the Private tab or window option but YouTube has changed it's format now so your app is no longer showing. I'm sad as I've come to really enjoy grabbing music vids and tutorials from YouTube to enjoy and watch for off line usage. Truly sad!

Just one thing, your email, contact@yourvideofile.org, has expired.
Can you please update the "Support E-mail" on the page? - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13264478, 8 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Darkas, 8 years ago1080p+ streams are super slow to download. There are free extensions that do that much better (YouTube Video and Audio Downloader f.e.).
