I was affected by one of the windows updates... my downloader would not work for about 1 year... I decided to to re install the down loader and go pro... so I donated a very expensive cup of coffee... 30$ in US funds that's like 10,000,000 Canadian any way even after donating... I did not receive a receipt... So I emailed and emailed still not too helpful the suggestions that came back were tried but all i was able to see was MP4 down loads all across the page... finally Nov. 16 2025 for what ever reason - I went back to the down loader in YouTube and there it was MP3 in two qualities... 128 and 256 Wow.. AND IT WAS WORKING.. so I finally was a happy person... I emailed back and thanked them but, I wish that they were a little more personable... thanks anyways... Joe

In short, easy to add to FireFox, VERY easy to use. Multiple resolutions to choose from. Love it.
