This is an excellent application - whether your motivation is avoiding the incessant tide of advertising on YouTube, or to download hour-long science lectures to your personal library to listen to when you don't have an internet connection. Or, in my case, both.
When YouTube changes it's blocking methods, Dishita is quickly on the case to evade the new blocks.
Dishita asked me to write a review, and I did BECAUSE I THINK IT'S A GREAT APP. That's the extent of bribery and corruption. I should enter politics. If I could lower myself to it.

I have completed the donation and updated to the latest version. But my Payment mail still cannot download the video. Hope it is resolved soon.

Great and very useful Addon, always keeping up with the changes on Youtube after a few days. Also nice and helpful support. Worth donating something every now and then. I'm using ist since 5 years or so.

I've used this add on for years, and I recently was having difficulty with it and emailed him. He emailed me back that same day confirming that he knows about the issue and is working on a fix.

I love this add-on! Painless downloading of clips. The dude fixes issues with YouTube when they arise. I have been using this add-on for about 4-5 years now and recommend it highly. It is worth a donation now and then to support this worthwhile endeavor. Thanks.

In my opinion Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express by Dishita is one of the best add ons available.

I don't know what I would do without it.

Quite often, I don't have time to dedicate 1 or 2 hours at a time to watch a tutorial, but with this addon I can download the tutorial and then watch it in shorter bursts as and when it is more convenient for me.

You can also download some of your favourite music and save it as an MP3.

It is so simple to use. You simply click on the 'Download' button, select the quality of download, and decide just where you would like the file to be downloaded. That's it!

It is wonderful.

I cannot praise it enough.

Guys, don't post crappy reviews, utub is making it harder and harder for downloads to function and this add-on is the best out there! Contact the developer for updates if there's a problem created by utub, rather than crying like a spoiled brat! Much gratitude and love for this add-on!

Since Firefox 124.0.1 the 720p option has disappeared but I'm sure Dishita will get a fix for this - still a five star extension.

Terrific and simple addon. I've used for many years now. Integrates right into the browser (Firefox on iMac for me). The author has been very diligent at keeping up with youtube's changes. I've found it well worth a small donation (of your choosing even) to be able to save off full-HD interesting content, or stuff that may disappear in the future.

This is a great add-on! I paid for the pro version and I love it! Well worth it. Great customer support.

The most convenient, reliable, and easy to use video downloader for Youtube right now (and for a long time, the creator is very good about maintaining this product, which requires constant battling with YouTube's countermeasures). It is absolutely worth donating to get the PRO features. For myself specifically, I mostly use the direct to .mp3 option which pulls the highest quality bitrate available in my desired format, in one quick step straight from the video page. Very powerful, has let me continue to supplement my personal offline music collection via Youtube with ease.
Undoubtedly also excellent for videos where you want to pull video files too.
