This feature can be moved up and down the side of the website you are viewing, so it can be moved out of the way of anything that you may need to access. It is built into our extension and cannot be turned off within the settings of our extension currently. It can be turned off for 30 minutes, or for the current session. You can always track your eligible purchases for Cash Back by visiting our website, Rakuten.com, or through our app available for iPhones, iPads, and Android phones as an alternative to using our extension. We'll work to improve this experience in future updates to our extension.
