EXPRESS-VPN
'IS' THE BEST VPN IN THE WORLD!
SIMPLY PUT - it runs in RAM 100% from a 'Read Only' HDD with the VPN Operating System Images from which are loaded daily all at the same time into a Virtual Servers RAM, flick of the power OFF and all VPN data is gone forever!!! - why do u think its pricey - because it IS pricey to operate like that, it's a real shame it always falls 2nd fiddle to N##D simply as N##D is just £3 a month if you pay £108 for 3 years (basically tying you in for far too long and it runs on HDD's) - but with N##D I got CAPTCHA after CAPTCHA and foreign sites - this was very rare on Express VPN so i renewed!!
it also has its own encryption algorithm called lightway and is brilliant - you can game on these connections and connect to the servers in under 700ms, others take 3000-8000ms to connect.
not as many servers as N##D but bow you know why, because its pricey, so not many 3rd party server centers will operate in that way, and i get full speed on my servers - as expected from non-HDD tech in a VPN system.

Clearly, it's a tax haven, it's for money laundering, tax evasion, not paying taxes, not being subject to international law, European law or the law of your country.

--- Run away ! It reeks of a legal scheme to avoid ever having to answer to the courts.

En clair, c’est un paradis fiscal, c’est pour blanchir l’argent, l’évasion fiscale, ne payer d’impôts, pour ne pas se soumettre au droit international, au droit Européen ou de votre pays.
