Recent ads have appeared that are making me think about leaving FB and a working blocker would be most welcome.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13584054, 7 years agoDidn't work on my system. It was updated on the same day it was installed. I rebooted the system, and still it didn't seem to work. I was really hoping it would work because these sponsored ads are annoying to see.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 12682379, 8 years agoJust downloaded it for Foxfire 50, Android 6.0.1. Went to Facebook.com...the annoying Supported Groups still show. Is it not supported for my platforms?
Developer response
posted 8 years agoIf by "Supported Groups" you mean the item with the left and right icons that has group suggestions based on your friends groups, then yes it does not remove those. I'll make an update soon that includes this. I'm also adding keywords so you can filter posts. For example you could add the word "Trump" and it will remove any posts containing that word. I noticed the "Supported Groups" feature a few weeks after I released this plugin. I think it was a new feature by facebook.
