- Rated 3 out of 5by Tobias, 5 years agoThe reason why I don't give it five stars is because of a strange and a little bit annoying behavior. When I open a tab and go to facebook.com the add-on works and the tab is automatically contained (judging by the container icon in the address bar). However, also another tab is automatically created, also for facebook.com and in a container. But I don't need two tabs for the same website, so I have to manually remove one of them.

I'd happily give it more stars if it weren't' for the performance issues that it seems to be causing me. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15819827, 5 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by soccertl, 5 years agoI might love this container, but it prevents the Facebook games from working. They timeout trying to start. Once I disable the container, they start working again. There is no icon to click that allows me to add apps.facebook.com to the allowed list, so I had to disable it. Shame, I really hate Facebook tracking me everywhere but this is not working for me if I can't play the Facebook games.
Developer response
posted 5 years agoWe are aware of the Facebook Games breakage. We're working on a fix for it (Track its progress at https://github.com/mozilla/contain-facebook/issues/663)
In the meantime, we can walk you through how to fix specific games by adding their parent site to the container. Example: To fix Words with Friends, add Zynga.com to the Facebook Container.
Thanks! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14394227, 5 years agoLately, I care more and more about who has my data and what they're doing with it. I do not want social media following me around like a puppy, monitoring my every move on the internet and monetizing my actions. This container extension is great. Thank you!!
