BTW I'm using Firefox 60.0 (64-bit) with AdblockPlus (disabled on Netflix), Ghostery, and NoScript add-ins installed; I'm using Windows 10 Home 64 bit. First installation of the add-in (inititally I only saw '?' in the ratings but they started to fill after a short wait)
