- Rated 5 out of 5by ha3flt, 3 years agoThank you, phts, for the add-on, it is much better than spending time to collect the necessary browser id's to be faked.
The reason why I searched for this:
- I won't install any MS product on my main Kubuntu desktop machine with my personal data for the obvious reasons,
- so I keep open a tab with the Skype in Firefox, which is pinned and always opened,
- I used to have a Chromium tab for it previously, but I feel myself better not to keep an entire browser open continuously solely for the Skype.
Since I make sound and video calls on my phone (or just boot a Windows for the time of conferences), I use the web based Skype client only for chatting, and it does that perfectly. - Rated 4 out of 5by Leonatdo Gabriel, 4 years ago

Shame on you Microsoft for throwing Firefox users away and actually enforcing Chrome's monopoly. 👎 😵 - Rated 5 out of 5by grahamperrin, 4 years agoAlso allows basic functionality with Teams for friends and family.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13544148, 5 years agoNEVER USE THIS. If u want to use skype online just use google chrome or install skype desktop. It's really buggy and killed my interview. Firefox is not supported with a reason! not for Chrome's monopoly
