- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 5627409, 4 years agoDoesn't work at all. Didn't capture images, didn't get the full page. Most of the key features seem to be Windows-only (why?)
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14078009, 4 years agoDas Addon reagiert seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13296443, 4 years agoIt used to work perfectly. Since lsat week, however, I am unable to save anything more than an image of the one visible screen, regardless of what menu option I select.
It will no longer save longer pages, or save text in a form that I can OCR.
Is there a help feature? - Rated 1 out of 5by Uni, 4 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by DarseZ, 4 years agoI can't install this for security reasons. Is there a reason to require "all data for all websites" for a screen shot capture add-on?

posted 4 years agoUnfortunately, yes - that's a necessary requirement for the screenshot API in Firefox. - Rated 1 out of 5by Niki, 4 years agoVery bad service. Usually do not work or works with huge delay 2-4 minutes per scrshot!
- Rated 1 out of 5by timezone, 4 years agoWhen you screenshot an entire webpage that is an e-mail you end up with a series of screenshots each containing a part of the entire webpage but with the webpage frame surrounding each one. This is unusable.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Nibinaear, 4 years agoEntire program suddenly vanished from Firefox 87.0. Nothing in toolbars, not listed in addons list, but this page has a "remove" buton on it still.
Turns out they listed it under "Take.." in the addons list, but the addon begins with "Full.." on the addons.mozilla.org site so you can't find it! They also used the similar "S" for the icon in the toolbar as "HTTPS anywhere" thus making it appear that the icon had vanished. After reinstalling the program there are 2 copies listed in the addons menu, one of which is shown as disabled for some reason. All of this conspired to cause suicidal thoughts.
Advantages
Can capture entire browser window including toolbars, or specific sections.
Converts to PDF instantly, very fast
Disadvantages
Not free.
Why not make it easier to get to the editor window? It's not mentioned in the docs or video.
Needs better documentation including: Videos with a narration
Written documentation needs an update as it refers to an older version - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13564030, 4 years agoFull page capture only captures visible area not the full page.

- Rated 1 out of 5by qop, 4 years agoCreated an empty file after taking longer capturing the page then competitors, competitors also don't push another lite version down your throat. I tried this thinking the negative reviewers must be stupid given the majority of positive reviews, I was wrong. Don't make my mistake. Go somewhere else.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16543460, 4 years agoThis addon no longer works. After several months of use, the plugin scans the page but does not save the screenshot to a file. The problem also occurs with other users, which can be checked on the forum and unexpectedly, buying the pro version helps with this problem. It's over for me
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16203555, 4 years agoI wanted to rate Fireshot zero stars. They seem to have upgraded it to a paid version. The program on Firefox is no longer functional as far as I know. I'm removing it now, tired of being prompted to buy it, frustrated that it no longer works...

posted 4 years agoThank you for sharing your opinion. However, this store lists the free version, which does not have any limitations, just like the other reviews mention below. - Rated 1 out of 5by Rasul, 4 years agoMisleading description, without pro subscription it behaves like default firefox screenshot app.
- Rated 1 out of 5by fotomatt, 4 years agoOffers to capture as PDF with embedded links, but quietly redirects those link to their "buy our software" page. I don't mind folks asking me to buy their freely-provided products, at all. But when a company subverts important functionality without mentioning it, then I simply can't trust them anymore.
- Rated 1 out of 5by lesefreudig, 4 years agoThe addon doesn't work.
My Screenshots are empty. @susbox: You can try it with this side:

It used to work and now when I use "full page" it cuts things off, like gmail emails. This is frustrating beyond belief. - Rated 1 out of 5by Loquacious1, 5 years agoI finally gave up trying to get a decent image from this add on, uninstalled. Not sure what happened but the saved images aren't readable and are useless. This app used to work once but it's no longer functioning for me. Please fix. Nothing about this inspires me to pay for Pro.
