Replaces 'DOT' or 'dot' with '.' in selected text and opens it in a new tab as a proper url.

About this extension
As simple extension to easily open links where the author has displayed them with the word 'DOT' or 'dot' in place of the period (full stop) character. This usually happens in internet posts where the link may be automatically censored, usually for no reason.
To use, simply highlight the given link and right-click on it. Select 'Open fixed link' from the context menu and the modified link should be opened in a new tab.

Release notes for 1.1
This version 1.1 adds additional functionality by replacing asterisk '*' characters as well as the original DOT/dot text in the url's. It also removes all unnecessary white space in the url. I new icon has also been added.
