However it would be nice if it showed tabs before typing like in emacs helm. - Rated 1 out of 5by ovnis82, 2 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 12786878, 6 years agoi just installed, and 2 things i noticed right away:
1. when you type in a search term, the list of tabs doesn't exclude tabs that don't contain the search term, it just puts tabs that have the search term at the top of the list of all the tabs, with no visual demarcation (like color, or a thick line) of where tabs with the search term end and the other tabs begin.
2. if you type in the search "car", it will put tabs at the top of the list whose title includes "cart" or "career". this may be helpful if that's the kind of search you need but it would be way more useful if search operators were made use of (like the * wildcard to be more exacting if you want to include anything that contains "car"). edit: i also just noticed it listed a tab with the title "crazy news" in the car search, and that tab was listed above tabs that had the word "cars" in it so it doesn't seem reliable, unless i'm not understanding what this add-on is supposed to do. i was under the impression it was searching tab titles.
it would also be helpful if there was an indicator of the number of tabs in the search result.
