- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13290931, 7 years agoDanke für deine Arbeit.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Matheus Muriel, 7 years agoSeria melhor se fosse possível usar em qualquer aba, não só em navegação

posted 7 years agoHey. Yeah it would be better, but it is currently not possible due API limitations. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13486926, 7 years agoHatte ein Problem mit der "zurück" Funktion. Landete immer beim "vorherigen Tab" und nicht "vorherige Seite" bis ich bemerkte, dass ein anderes Add-on die Aktion überlagerte. Habe das abgeschaltet - jetzt ist alles gut.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Shouji WATANABE, 7 years agoIt’s very useful and it has become the substitute for FireGestures.
Request:
Please add the gesture to open the Firefox side bar action that is assigned “Ctrl + B”.Developer response
posted 7 years agoUnfortunately it is not possible due API limitation.
Your request has already been submitted here: https://github.com/Robbendebiene/Gesturefy/issues/101 - Rated 5 out of 5by Yurii, 7 years agoExcellent, and given that the author always responds to suggestions for the development of add-on, it's just super great

posted 7 years agoHey. This is an API limitation with webextensions (since Firefox 57). See the addon description:
> The addon does not work on https://addons.mozilla.org, pure svg pages and internal pages like about:newtab, about:addons or other addon option pages. - Rated 4 out of 5by Conlan Wesson, 7 years agoI started using this solely for the rocker gestures when quantum was released. It works great under Windows, but on Linux the rocker gestures seem to require two left clicks to work.

posted 7 years agoYou can use the right click using the latest Firefox 58 beta and Gesturefy 1.1.17 - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12803554, 7 years agoJust want to let the author know there are those who are incredibly grateful for your hard work and time spent making Quantum usable again. I actually switched to Chrome for a few days until your gestures rescued Firefox for me. Please ignore the one-stars who clearly don't know how difficult FF57+ is, again thank you so much! :)

- Rated 5 out of 5by the21st, 7 years agoGreat to see support for right click on Mac in Firefox 58! However, it's extremely unresponsive, doesn't work e.g. in tabs that are loading and not yet rendered.
Edit: Wow, that really sucks.Developer response
posted 7 years agoThis is a known API limitation and stated in the addon description. No addon will be able to run code before the website is at least partially loaded. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13476357, 7 years ago

Can the tabs sequence change from 1,2,3,4... to ...4,3,2,1?Developer response
posted 7 years agoHey. This is a bit difficult from a number of perspectives. But it is in the back of my mind.
But please write suggestions or feature requests on GitHub https://github.com/Robbendebiene/Gesturefy/issues - Rated 5 out of 5by lucasmartin, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13533830, 7 years agoGesturfy may be loaded down with more features than I really want, but its slick interface makes it easy to pick out and customize the parts I want.
I also appreciate the specific explanation of required permissions. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13462783, 7 years ago还不错,firefox自带的标签页(例如本评论页面,空白标签页面)不能用手势,希望以后能改进。
- Rated 2 out of 5by Al, 7 years agoI only use the rocker gestures from this extension, but I use them A LOT. Since the update to FireFox 57, and if I enable a rocker that starts with the left click, I can no longer select text in web pages by clicking the left button and dragging!
Moreover, the rocker that starts with right click does not work. This is explained by Gesturefy as being a Firefox bug, and I read that this will be fixed in the next Firefox release. For me this addon is completely unusable at the moment and I had to disable it.Developer response
posted 7 years agoI guess you are using Linux or Mac and suppose you've set the left mouse button for the mouse gesture, because this is the only thing that prevents text selection. I recommend using Firefox 58 beta, because the right mouse button is fixed since the latest version (Gesturefy 1.1.17 and Firefox 58.b7). To enable text selection just change the mouse button to the middle or right mouse button. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13534645, 7 years agoEasy to use. Much easier if they have an option to safe their setting in a small config file.
