There are no instructions how to use it

There ought to be more informative instructions because I, and apparently others, can't seem to get either Icon to do anything. It isn't my computer because I have 7 with Windows 10 and it doesn't work in any of them. You want to talk about a HUGE waste of time, let's go there! Now I get to uninstall all of them... are we having fun yet?

When I'm on youtube there is no option or pop-up for converting video to gif. Yet when I'm on tumblr looking at gifs it pops up (and you don't need it to pop up then). There are no options to configure. Does not work.
