About this extension
🔗 See your entire pull request stack directly in GitHub.
GitHub Stack Viewer adds a visual representation of stacked pull requests directly to GitHub’s pull-request sidebar ✨
It detects relationships between pull requests by following their base and head branches, then displays the complete stack in dependency order. Open, draft, merged, and closed pull requests are clearly identified, while branching stacks are presented as an indented tree.
🔮 Features:
🔐 Privacy
GitHub Stack Viewer requires a user-provided GitHub personal access token. The token is stored locally in Firefox and sent only to GitHub’s API. A fine-grained token with read-only pull-request access is recommended.
🧠 How it works
Stack detection is based on branch relationships because GitHub does not provide a native stack identifier.
📌 The current version supports stacks within a single repository; cross-fork relationships may not resolve completely.
