I'm finding this to be good in principle, but it doesn't turn off; the off switch doesn't work properly. Perhaps the off switch does stop it for a few hours, but it comes back on, usually while I'm watching a movie. The notification sound can be heard in the movie.

A great reminder to sit up straight. My spine says 'thanks' :)

It is very good for back, especially for sedentary employment.
