- Rated 2 out of 5by VersalEszett, 2 years agoUsed to be one of the better anti-cookie-banner add-ons, but is not trustworthy anymore after the acquisition.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13516608, 3 years agoI'VE HAD THIS ON MY BROWSE FOR QUITE A WHILE BUT STILL SEE COOKIE POP-UPS. READING THE RELEASE NOTES I SEE THAT IT SAYS "The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them".
I'M IN THE US, DOES THIS EXTENSION ONLY WORK IN THE EU? THANKS I'LL TAKE NOTE NEXT TIME IT HAPPENS.Developer response
posted 3 years agoIt works in the US as well. Feel free to send examples where it doesn't work to author@i-dont-care-about-cookies.eu and I'll check them all. Thanks! - Rated 2 out of 5by Xerod, 4 years agoThis addon was so fantastic but now it need urgently updated because it doesn´t work as good as before! Firefox ver. 89.0.2 Developer please fix it ;)
- Rated 2 out of 5by Cleridwen, 4 years agoAmazing addon that is apparently now owned by Avast. Prefer the open-source fork instead.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Kerner, 4 years agoWorks pretty well in Windows 10 but freezes Firefox (83.0) regularly in Linux Mint 19.3 Xfce, requiring a hard re-start.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Emtu, 5 years agoI like what it does but I don't like the begging notification. This addon should not need notifications at all.
Developer response
posted 5 years agoThey are rarely used, once a year probably. Too much time is invested into updating the extension so I used the less intrusive way possible to remind users they have it (and benefit from it) for free. I'm not happy with the solution either though. - Rated 2 out of 5by aperson, 5 years agoi don't care about cookies, and i don't want nags for donations.
Developer response
posted 5 years agoIf there's a better way to communicate with users, I'll be happy to switch. I don't like notifications much either - Rated 2 out of 5by Paul, 5 years agoSince the 2-3 latest updates, this extension becomes unusable in more and more websites.
i.e., I can't access to my bank account "La Banque Postale" because the login page appears as a white page. "I don't care about cookies" blocks the window.
Since yesterday December 29, 2019, the YouTube sharing window can't open because "I don't care about cookies" blocks the opening window and it endlessly swirls. Unfortunately I can't send a screenshot here. Though I have to rate this below the average.Developer response
posted 5 years agoCould you please contact me (author@i-dont-care-about-cookies.eu) with more details? I'll be glad to help if it's possible. Happy New Year :) - Rated 2 out of 5by Aragorn, 6 years agoI am going to uninstall this extension unfortunately due to the send policy of sending custom headers to websites as explained at https://www.i-dont-care-about-cookies.eu/cookie-installing-permission-header/ (another reviewer pointed this out)
Developer response
posted 6 years agoYou can disable that feature in extension options, there is no need to uninstall it. Developer response
posted 7 years agoI don't see the eu cookie warning unless I disable the extension on that domain, so, you have either whitelisted it or the extension doesn't work at all for you.
Btw when you see a cookie warning, you can report it to me. Right click on the page and choose "I dont care about cookies" > "Report a cookie warning" from the context menu. gocomics.com has never been reported to me.
Thanks!
