by Roman F, 2 years agoI've been waiting for a plugin like this that just works. The only thing missing is the auto-fill of one-time codes. Please add the feature. It's very simple and very core feature: github.com/aurelien-garnier/icloud-passwords-firefox/issues/8

Still no One-Time Code support
Developer response
posted 2 years agoThanks for the support! One-Time-Code support is indeed a planned feature. There are currently a few higher priority ones though, and it's not as easy as it may seem, so I can't guarantee a timeline for it. But rest assured that I'm actively working on improving this extension and will do my best to ship this feature as soon as possible.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Lawrence John Wargrave, 3 days agoAsks for the verification code a bit too often for my liking, but that is bearable, however it also has a bug where it slows down the whole browser when visiting Reddit.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 19493512, 7 days agoIt constantly asks for a 6-digit verification code. I can't help but feel like this is intentionally annoying to convince people to switch to Safari.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Alexandre, 9 days agoIt works. I dont see why people are having problems with it. Im on a Macbook Pro M3.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Adam, 22 days agoThis extension is completely useless on a Mac. It constantly asks for a 6-digit verification code, but even after entering it, passwords and 2FA codes never appear. The reason is simple: Apple never built the “helper app” on macOS that this extension needs in order to talk to iCloud Keychain. On Windows, it works (because iCloud for Windows provides that bridge), but on macOS it’s a dead end.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 19131306, a month agoThis works far better than any of the free trial password managers I've installed. They all had one or more major flaws that prevented me from keeping them. The only issue with this extension is that there are some websites where it doesn't work, but not very many.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19430744, a month agoDoesn't work! Makes me put in a code to activate the extension every single time, and after that it doesn't even show me my passwords.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18986140, a month agoDoes not work. It does not allow you to log in using apple passwords. I can't seem to find anything it actually does do. Shocking that something like this would even be allowed to be downloaded.
