- Rated 2 out of 5by Shajirr, a year agoOver time this addon became nearly unusable. It is extremely inefficient and requires an enormous amount of RAM to sync bookmarks, and freezes the whole browser for like 20 seconds during this process. Last time one of the Firefox processes went up to 9.5GB during sync, and a time before that this addon crashed the whole browser due to PC running out of memory. Use at your own risk.

posted 9 months agoThanks for the feedback! I guess this is due to having lots of items in your account? I can suggest to use pagination in the addon settings. Given feedbacks such as yours, I'm even wondering if I should display in app notification when users with lots of items don't use pagination, or even force the use of pagination for high number of items. Or maybe even remove "not paginated" option altogether.
I'd love you to confirm my hunch about the fact that your Pocket account holds a large number of items, that would be super useful to me (you'll find the contact link on the addon page) - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15047818, a year ago

request: option to disable context menu "Add to Pocket"!Developer response
posted 9 months agoThank you for this feedback, I'm glad you like the addon so much! As for the context menu, there is no plan to implement that: I don't find the time to work on the addon as much as I'd like so I need to prioritize ruthlessly, unfortunately. But I keep track of all demands, and added this one to my backlog as I always do. Thanks again! - Rated 5 out of 5by mozy234, a year agoBrilliant! Stunning! Superb! This should be included in the official Pocket add-on.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16989749, a year agoThe entire add-on is worth it for the simple but crucial "random" function alone. Anyone who's racked up hundreds of Pocket saves knows that sometimes you just want a way to make a dent in your saves and the random feature is perfect for that.

posted 9 months agoOh, that's a super interesting feedback! The random feature is not one I use so much myself, so it's great to know that users actually use it and find it useful. Thank a lot! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18152080, a year ago

1. Missing --> Not working for Firefox Focus or Firefox Android you have many Users for sure many of them use android, and there are no plugin you will be the first . Hit first hit twice ;)
why don t port to firefox focus or firefox android or even better integreated with firefox by default
2. Missing ---> Porting to chrome
3. Missing ---> adding list and collection from pocket
4. Missing ---> work also as reading listDeveloper response
posted a year agoSorry for reply this late, not sure why I don't receive notifications for reviews anymore. Thanks for the detailed feedback!
As for Firefox mobile and Chrome: Chrome portage started since a long time, but some Firefox specific APIs I was relying on don't exist in Chrome, and I already had to rework some features to make the addon usable in Chrome. And there are currently major changes in these APIs which require reworking things deeply to remain compatible with old Firefox / new Firefox / Chrome.
For Android, you make a good point. I never focused on this because Pocket android app is actually pretty good, so even if there is no Firefox addon, there is at least a good product available to consume your pocket content. But I added this to my project backlog nevertheless.
As for 3: Pocket does not expose lists and collection through the API they provide to other developers, so there is not much I can do there :) - Rated 5 out of 5by daishixu, 2 years ago

Any chance you can add dark mode for this addon?
(was using dark theme a lot and now the sidebar looking like a flash bomb) - Rated 5 out of 5by Oliver_Zyk, 2 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17634407, 2 years agoSince v0.12.2 it doesn't let me rename entries. Rolled back to v0.12.1.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Uknife, 2 years agoVery good until the release 0.12.1. The release 0.12.2 doesn't show the most recent URL added, even refreshing the items doesn't work. You need close the menu and open again and the last URL will appear.
