A) it's very practical - But the "record" button works for photos, but does not work for videos (same problem with "Stories"
B) it's strange, the extension allowed to record videos in a few seconds 8 months ago - now, the presentation of the video recording window takes 2 minutes or more. Sometimes I do something else and the window appears 5 minutes after the request.
- I have windows 10 latest version, firefox browser no chrom, secteur en france

THANKS THANKS THANKS !!! some time has passed, and the button to save the videos starts working again... and very quickly! Very very pleasant extension - As I don't believe in chance, I think that you stopped by, and you were able to do something about my problem - I will be able, with pleasure, to add the 2 stars which are missing with great pleasure. Thank you again, because your extension (some may not know this) adds a drop-down menu, (right click on video), which allows you to have a time slider, and a slow motion of the video! It's awesome !!! Thanks and good continuity in your work----- - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18408562, a year ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16844352, a year agoIt works perfectly! Full-resolution photos, galleries, and even videos. I especially like that it prepends the account name and date to the filename, that way things are nicely sorted if you download several pictures.
- Rated 5 out of 5by sha72003, a year agoHow are you able to view/download private profiles? And can you view/download on mobile?
Developer response
posted a year agoI can't view/download private profiles directly. But if you follow a private account, then you can see the photos and videos on the profile or in feed. And then I can download it for you.
This add-on also works on mobile. If something doesn't work, give me feedback! - Rated 5 out of 5by Hollywood76, a year agoReally good add-on and constantly updated- But since the last update (24/25th dec) firefox is no longer able to display instagram private profiles. Profiles that you follow or that are public are properly displayed. Fix needed!

- Rated 5 out of 5by zimaw, a year agoWorks with both pictures and videos in stories. In the normal flow videos don't work and for pictures only the first one of several in a post will download even if another picture is shown. Running Windows 10.
- Rated 5 out of 5by mengchieh.sam, a year agoWorks as intended, but I wish it didn't change the default file name and that the dash after the username can be underscore instead
EDIT: LOVE the fact we can now turn off posting time + disable open image in new window button. I didn't quite understand the reason behind not being able to use underscore instead of dash but honestly it's a minor nitpick.
EDIT 2: still works for me and it seems like the author keeps it updated at least somewhat regularly. No issues save for the fact that videos aren't being saved in the highest resolution possible but lots of other apps have such issues (and more!). No complaints.Developer response
posted a year agoUsually I don't change the default filename, just add the username and the post time. The reason for using a dash as a separator is because there are underscores in the default file name already.
And, now that custom filenames are supported, you can remove the username and the post time if you wish.
