by Firefox user 12122370, 5 years agoGreat idea! I like the extension but the only downside is that each time the browser is restarted it loses all the cached elements, so I hope the developer can fix this.
The addon looks to be an early beta, as there are no options or overall statistics or info.

posted 4 years agoThe cached elements are not lost but the statistics are reset.
This was done primarily to avoid writing to disk too much.
It is on the TODO list to be fixed.

I would use an identity authenticator QR code with which the sites would exchange their precious data collection traffic ... But that QR code I would send in iframed instance too preserving my personal rights as much as they are left , I would send it I said to a server B with whom the websites exchange their views and agreements grab as much as they like leaving server A free for the website to deliver its content, reason why I am paying a visit. This way would be still privacy in place of thievery as main development trend of internet. And our surfing speed would be directly reflected by technology progress. Instead of being underscored by Rich techies ... Like is the trend today.

posted a year agoI cannot reproduce the problem.
Please try this:
- Go to the JSLibCache icon in the top right of Firefox and click it so it opens the popup
- In the popup go to "Settings"
- Click the "Purge cache" button.
This will delete all cache files.
Please try the page again and report if it does not work. - Rated 4 out of 5by quirK, 2 years agoNeeds update... are there any forks or updates? Also needs function to whitelist specific sites that break.

The UI could be streamlined a bit by putting the stats behind a dedicated stats page and showing only currently loaded libraries when you click the icon to save on UI space. Would also like a way to disable per site but overall this is an excellent addon from a privacy perspective!
