"ERROR: Could not connect to native host
No version response received from native host."
I'm guess this is some permissions problem, not sure why. Firefox is installed by default in Ubuntu.

posted 2 years agoWindows is currently unsupported, there is a pending PR that implements the communication (DBUS) component, but I also need to rewrite the installer to support the Windows terminal. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15299139, 3 years agoNot working with Firefox 114.0.1 on Ubuntu 22.04, "no available devices". Yes I installed the native host component.
- Rated 3 out of 5by lookaroundus, 4 years agoCurrently unable to use the add-on, read the GitHub section about NMH and instructions don't quite apply for Windows users, I would like to try to make it work but don't have the know how, anyone has any suggestions besides switching to Linux?

posted 8 years agoDo you have the native host installed successfully? If you leave the popup open for a second, do any additional error messages appear?
