by K, 7 years agoGlad to see a replacement for FF57. I noticed though that there does not seem to be a way to add a site to a blocklist if the list is marked as inaccessible during block hours. With the old leechblock I could click the toolbar icon and select "add to list" and pick one. Now, however, clicking the toolbar icon only takes me to a window to set up block lists with no option to add to a list that is locked.
Edit: thanks for the reply! I did see the add-on was labeled as experimental, just wanted to make sure this was noted just in case it was overlooked.

posted 7 years agoThanks for the review. That feature will be coming soon! I wanted to get a basic working version out there before adding all the other features/options.

It is working for me right now, succesfully banned the Reddit front page, other subreddits are working. Has other nice features but I don't want them right now. - Rated 5 out of 5by T. Mahmood, 4 days agoI hate this plugin, but also, I love it. It forces me to get out of my procrastination loop and work. I hate working, but I have to work anyway, and thankful for being able to earn my keep. So yeah, it's a love and hate relationship, but for the best.
If you are having trouble managing time, and have thousands of tabs from those certain 'important' websites, and replies/comments that you have to write to correct all the wrongs, cause no one should be wrong on the Internet, then have this please.
You may not thank me later, or ever. But at least your clients/family will have you. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18804225, 5 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Ralf, 10 days agoAbsolute amazing extension. Helps me focus every day. A lot of options, which I actually use, like delaying or negative prompts. Only the interface might be a bit more complicated than necessary.

The delaying page is a fantastic way of giving enough of an obstacle to change your compulsion, without being so much of an obstacle that your desire to get around it is triggered.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14272594, 15 days agoWhat a lifesaver! Leechblock makes it possible to use the internet in moderation and preserve your sanity. When the Android extension stopped working for a week due to slow propagation of bugfixes thru the Mozilla store, I was reminded how easy it is to binge scroll without it! The developer is attentive and takes good care of this project too, publishing a temporary fix right away. So you can trust that LeechBlock won't disappear, get bought up, or stop being supported in a year, like so many other distraction-blocking apps. Thank you for making and supporting LeechBlock!!
