- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13557498, 7 years agoGreat plugin to separate work work and personal accounts.
Would give it 5 stars if it let you manage the default domains/containers in one spot without going to each page. Otherwise it's a 3-step process: 1) actually open each page in the right container, 2) check "Always open in ", and 3) when opening the page, click "Don't ask again" to open in the intended container... - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 12376989, 7 years agoI love this extension. I use it a lot. I wish it could be made available in Firefox for Android.
- Rated 4 out of 5by TheSlider2, 7 years agoHi,
This plugin is pretty cool but there is a problem when trying to rename a container. This happens as soon as going into the edit container menu.
I have to mention that I'm using a French AZERTY keyboard.
When I press Shift + 1 , the menu disappears and a new tab is opened in the corresponding container (personal container). It's the same for any other container where the number corresponds to it's position in the container list. I understand that this is a normal keyboard shortcut but it prevents us from using numeric values unless we have a numpad, which we might not have.
These keyboard shortcuts should be disabled when using the menu because the only way for us to use the numbers or other language specific letters on non QWERTY keyboard is often to use "SHIFT" or "Alt Gr".
Thanks. : ) - Rated 4 out of 5by Eduardo Correia Pinto Alves Barbosa, 7 years agoMuito legal a funcionalidade. Precisar ter alguns atalhos para transição containers e criação de novas abas para determinado container. De repente incluir também alguns containers privados, bloquear com senha.

Some ideas, how about different bookmarks for each container, so I just have the appropriate ones visible - Rated 4 out of 5by Soar, 7 years agoPlease, add option "Open all tabs in this window as - ..." - for example I want to open two Firefox windows, first for my own workspace, second - for work. And I want all tabs belonging to these windows follow same behavior.
Great addon, thank you! - Rated 4 out of 5by lasergyro, 7 years agoContainers should have separate histories, sync over devices and support android. People use different identities online and their history/bookmarks should be split too.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Krish, 7 years agoI would like suggest a feature. It would be better if we can add subdomains like *.wordpress.com, *.blogspot.com to open always as in a specific container.

- Rated 4 out of 5by chenk, 7 years agoThe idea and implementation is actually very good, but the UX is killed by the very restricted set of container icons and colors. You should allow us to go wild with experimentation about use cases. The builtin icon and color set should be at least thrice as blig, but for "power users" you should allow to take anything from an emoji/color picker!
Edit: I understand that these limitations exist in the browser's container implementation, not in this add-on. Therefore I don't want to be hard handed with the add-on, and bumped the stars to four. Still, the add-on is not a third-party independent work but a part of the implementation of the feature, so it's not possible to judge it isolated from the allover implementation. Thus I won't give five. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13745365, 7 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13736575, 7 years agoIt does what it says, but some things are a bit "funky". I'll keep playing with it and see...
- Rated 4 out of 5by zaleb, 7 years agoI've been using the built-in Containers in the Nightly browser since they first became available. Admittedly they are a power-user feature or for those that are vigilant about privacy/tracking.
I recently switched to this extension (over just the builtin version) to get the "Always open in container" feature which is pretty much indispensable due to external apps firing browser links (slack, email).
I wish there was regex/pattern matching support and literally any interface at all to see existing settings. The CookieAutoDelete extension has a great UI for managing cookie regex settings per individual containers - please implement something similar for this extension! - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13730392, 7 years agovery nice add-on. i managed to log-in multiple accounts and never had to repeat logging in again but i hope we can password protect it so that other users of the computer wont hack the accounts in it.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13483081, 7 years agoFeature request: allow for Firefox Sync so multi-account container settings can be synced across multiple computers.
- Rated 4 out of 5by David Naylor, 7 years agoI would love to be able to tell this addon to open specific URL:s in specific containers, not just based on the domain name. My use case is handling several different twitter accounts, and based on which account URL I type it would be great to have it open in a pre-determined container.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Brecert, 7 years agoIt lets me do what I want with my multiple accounts without dealing with chrome or much hassle from my part.
I would love it if right clicking new tab opened up options for it or similar, keybindings would also be nice, it currently takes too long to click and hold, and is a little bit awkward.
