- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13550464, 7 years agoI love this extension, it does exactly what is says, and exactly what I needed. No more, no less.
A big thanks to the developer! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13970243, 7 years agoI love this extension. Only one thing i would add which the "Session Manager" had, if you could add an option to open the tabs in suspended state with pinned excluded. Thanx.

posted 7 years agoThe developers promise to add missing APIs to FF65. In particular, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1378647.
But, perhaps, by that time our favorite session manager will be back. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13078201, 7 years agoPerfect addon to any browser that crashes - or indeed if/when you want the ability to go back to a certain set of tabs anytime.
- Rated 5 out of 5by CasualUser, 7 years agoI've been using this extension for a month or so, and it does exactly what I want. I don't need anything fancy, just the ability to save my open tabs - usually across multiple, concurrent Firefox instances - when I have to reboot, so I can open them and resume work again quickly once I log back in. This extension does that easily and reliably, without otherwise getting in the way.
Note that I don't use bookmarks in Firefox, so the fact that this extension uses bookmarks to preserve sessions doesn't adversely impact me. Additionally, I wasn't a prior user of the apparently-famous Session Manager extension, so I have no expectations as to what an extension of this type should do. Taken on its own, MySessions does what it says it will do, in the way it says it will do it, and that fits my needs perfectly. Thanks to the developer for a job well-done! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13765904, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13762934, 7 years agoHi there. I haven't really installed the extension, only leaving a rating because there doesn't seem to be any other way to comment.
I wanted to ask whether the source code for this extension publicly available somewhere? If not, would you be willing to put it up, or is the intention to keep the source closed?
Thanks for making the effort to build this. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13741123, 7 years agoI love it
I need to understand how to import previous sessions from same app because I had to create a new firefox profile and the new profile has nothing.
Please helpDeveloper response
posted 7 years agoIf you do not have an old profile or do not have an FF account, then I'm afraid you will not be able to recover. The fastest way to back up the current state (all saved sessions) is to export (back up) all the bookmarks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Mirek, 7 years agoI only think, that tabs from "private browsing" shouldn't be saved (auto bookmarked) or at least there should be option to disable it for private windows.
Besides that, it's currently the best available session manager :-) - Rated 5 out of 5by Michael Woffenden, 7 years agoSeems to work pretty well. It might be one of the only session managers out there that actually works!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Noober, 7 years agoI hope this extension lets users choose which session to restore. I am instaLLing it because of the pop-up windows which get closed at the end of the session and then i cannot see any of the previously open tabs.
PS. Today I had 7 useful tabs in Firefox, and then I closed the main window. After that I found another window with some site which opened in the background. After closing that separate window, all my 7 useful tabs were wasted.
I would like to avoid losing tabs in this way in the future, and that is why I am installing your extension.
Also, I hope it has autosaving, because I will not save sessions. I just forget about it when I read all those 7 tabs. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13675908, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Dypsis, 7 years agoI have just started testing this addon. Thanks for that.
I don't have the Quick Save option in the address bar as pictured above.Developer response
posted 7 years agoMany complained about the presence of an extra icon in the address bar. I temporarily removed it. I'll return to FF58, there you can manage the icons in the address bar at the browser level. - Rated 5 out of 5by Robert Ab, 7 years agoTo get better, MySessions, Tab Session Manager, Session Manager, Tab Mix Plus and other session managers needs some APIs to be prepared:

CromS: can you provide me with the list of APIs you need for MySessions and which are not mentioned on this page? - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12836761, 7 years agoFirst Impressions: Best replacement for legacy Session Manager I've found. The beauty of MySessions is that it can import old Session Manager sessions files you have saved elsewhere. Also it's the only replacement I've found that respects whether tabs were pinned or not and replaces them accordingly. Very well done and greetings from Scotland!
- Rated 5 out of 5by css0101, 7 years agoИз всех доступных для квантума менеджеров сессий, этот лучший.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 10926038, 7 years agoIt is open source and it is the best. Thank you very much.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13520428, 7 years agoa lot better than the more popular options.
You can select what window to save or individual tabs from different windows.
interface isn't very slick but it does the job. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13450427, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 6754360, 7 years agoThis has been great so far. Does exactly what it said it will do. Looking forward to seeing the new features the developer is working on.
For all the negative reviewers, please read the description carefully, and understand that not all features can be imported into extensions. Stop punishing the developers of new add-ons trying to make things work in FF57 for things out of their control, its counter-productive.
