- Rated 2 out of 5by TheFoxTrotte, 16 days agoIt works for getting rid of the AI stuff, but unfortunately it also gets rid of the classic sumlmary function, as well as all the stuff that comes up when you look up a movie, a book, a song etc
- Rated 1 out of 5by BambusSchlong, 3 months agocauses Red Google Maps Pins (when you search for something) to open a "google.com/search?q=local+guide+program" Page with 3 related unclickable links. Makes Google Maps almost unusable

- Rated 2 out of 5by Yepitsme, 5 months agoDoes what it says, however it also removes any local searches such as "___ near me", calculator, and weather. It relies on the web section rather than all, thus limiting searches heavily. I much prefer "AI overview hider for google" on here because it allows for regular searches that this application doesn't permit

- Rated 5 out of 5by esnick, a year agoThanks! I want to view actual text from websites when I search, not an AI's interpretation of the results, unless I explicitly ask for it.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Zedrin, a year agoquick to install and works. Don't know why you can't edit search engine settings by default on desktop Firefox
