Why does the copy function STILL NOT WORK? It has been months. Can't believe I actually paid for this for it to be broken for so long. What an absolute scam.

It was supposed to be an amazing app, but it fails on its main features, like it doesn't autofill most of the forms like Google, Microsoft, etc. I must manually copy and paste from the add-on popup to the form field.
I migrated from LastPass to it, but I'm already looking to another alternative and asking for my money back.

Slow, copy doesn't work, some fills go wrong (maybe same copy issue), loads of errors on some pages, and some stupid interface decisions (e.g. select and then confirm (2 clicks) when you've multiple logins, instead of just picking one). Too bad, the service itself is quite good...

I really loved nordpass...until I was forced to switch from desktop app to this version. This extension freezes browser for two minutes after every login and change of password.

I have NEVER had the problems others experienced in Firefox, Chrome, or iPhone (but then I update regularly so that may be their problem).
I used a couple of other password managers and this is hands-down the best! Very easy to migrate, a great mobile app, and lots of great little extras included. A little confusing between the two different extensions (let's call this 4 1/2 stars) but stick to their Password Manager & Digital Vault and you'll be happy. Super tech support via real-time chat (no crappy/useless bots!)

Even though the problem has been known for a long time, the most important function "Copy to clipboard" is still not working. And since the last update, it no longer works in the other extension either.
