by The Beard Below My Chin, 7 years agoPrivacy policy summary: "We metaphorically have someone sitting besides you with an unblinking eye, watching and recording every keystroke you type and every website you visit and save this information for profit"
It's sad users are subjected to legalese and spyware has become the accepted norm among 'free and proprietary' services. If this were some random add-on developed by some nobody it would have been appropriately removed from mozilla services.
Protip: Firefox already has Google Safebrowsing for malware. All you really need is to block ads and malware domains with Ublock add-on and scan files with the virustotal website. If you still need this add-on, maybe you should reconsider your browsing habits.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14002826, 7 months agoGives false ratings on Facebook, shows some legitimate (and very safe) pages as having a suspicious link - they are safe, and have been for several years!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Nwankama, 8 months agoHorrible! I might be better off with a virus. It blocks some sites even Norton itself rates as Safe. Worse, it doesn't give you an opportunity for an exception. I contacted Norton and they confirmed the site from a reputable organization in question was SAFE. Still this horrible extension kept saying it was DANGEROUS and blocking me from living my life. So, I have disabled it!
