End-User License Agreement (EULA) for POE TradeNinja Plugin

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Khanification Inc for the use of the POE TradeNinja browser plugin (“the Software”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
Khanification Inc grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Khanification Inc or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Software.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Khanification Inc. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of Khanification Inc.

4. Updates and Modifications
Khanification Inc may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or modifications to the Software. Any such updates or modifications shall be deemed part of the Software and subject to the terms of this EULA.

5. Term and Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Khanification Inc. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KHANIFICATION INC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL KHANIFICATION INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Britain.
