What information do we collect?

We may collect certain user information and website activity data when you use our websites and/or through off-line transactions, including, but is not limited to: Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login/e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, -operating system, and platform; purchase history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers to create features such as top sellers; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to and from our website, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed or searched for; the phone number you used to call our number. We may also use browser data such as cookies, Flash cookies (also known as Flash Local Shared Objects), or similar data on certain parts of our website for fraud prevention and other purposes. With whom and for what purpose do we share your information?

How do we protect the security of your information?
Our standards for safeguards include administrative, technical and physical measures. Additional safeguards are in place for sensitive personal data such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts information you input. We have also obtained a digital security certificate from a leading provider of Internet trust services. Your personal information is also protected by the Personal Identification Number (PIN), or Password created when you joined the program. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order but we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

What about cookies?
